Exploratory Writing

A pitch brainstorm for a coaching/content offering aimed at both college students and
early-career professionals, built around sustaining motivation in two contexts:
college (career direction, avoiding distraction, a “100 days” action structure — see
100-days-action-plan) and the workplace (finding your “sweet spot,”
managing up, small-group dynamics, personal 1:1s).

Proposed content/business mix: a weekly “story of a passionate person at work,” weekly
caselets and book summaries, on-demand workshops, time-and-materials consulting, an
intro talk, a persistent newsletter, and a “wiki of wisdom and curated resources” —
notably, an early instinct toward exactly the kind of second-brain vault this entry now
lives in.

Open questions the source itself raises, still unresolved: whether to focus on colleges
only or both colleges and workplace, and what a support system/partner would take off
the author’s plate.
